NEREIDES Haute Couture collections are known for the sophisticated embroideries realized with gold, diamonds and precious stones as well as hand-made fabrics, fur and exotic leathers.
Prince Nereides de Bourbon is a famous French-Italian entrepreneur and fashion designer and he is known in Paris as the 'Prince-Artist'.
He founded NEREIDES fashion house in 2007 and he lives between Paris and Capri. Today the Haute Couture House counts only 50 clients among royal families, celebrities and political personalities. NEREIDES' haute couture creations are the most expensive ones together with some Chanel and Dior evening gowns and each one is unique and customized from the designer himself.
Last summer, a commissioned dress with an exorbitant value of 35 million euros made headlines in Paris. It would seem that it was a dress commissioned by an Arab Princess who would have asked the designer to embellish the long tail with 1000 diamonds and 350 rubies. The identity of the client remains secret but it is certainly one of the most expensive haute couture dress ever made in history.
