Soreide Law Group files a FINRA Arbitration for Florida Investors in GBP Automotive Portfolio, GPB Waste Management, GPB Holdings II & III

ORLANDO, Fla. - EntSun -- Soreide Law Group has filed a FINRA Arbitration for Investors who purchased various GBP investments through Crown Capital Securities

Crown Capital Securities sold various GPB investments to two retirees from the Orlando, Florida, area that were looking for a safe steady stream of income through retirement. GPB Capital has issued nearly a dozen private placement partnership funds which purport to run businesses that span automotive retail, managed IT services, life sciences, waste management, and cold storage supply chain management. There have been serious allegations against GPB Automotive and its senior management of misconduct by a former executive that has resulted in litigation. Although the litigation is unresolved many GPB investments have plummeted. Currently for many of the GPB investments investor distributions have come to halt.

The FINRA arbitration filed by Soreide Law Group against Crown Capital Securities (FINRA Case No. 19-01972) involves multiple GPB investments. The allegations in the lawsuit are that the brokerage firms who recommended these investments failed to conduct adequate due diligence and willfully ignored red flags due to the fact that selling most GPB investments yielded a 10% commission to the brokers. Many other independent broker-dealers throughout the United States which we know to include at least Newbridge Securities, Royal Alliance Associates, Sage point Financial, FSC Securities, and Woodbury Financial Services.
