Sarah Bibelhausen Takes the Reins as Equest's Director of Development

DALLAS - EntSun -- Equest is pleased to announce Sarah Bibelhausen as the new Director of Development. In this role, Bibelhausen will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive and strategic fundraising programs and events supporting Equest's mission to bring hope and healing to children and adults with diverse needs through equine assisted activities and therapies.
Bibelhausen brings a high level of expertise in community engagement, strategy setting and execution, and revenue generation. Most recently, she served as Assistant Director at the University of Texas at Dallas (UTD), successfully executing an engagement and communications plan that was a key part of a $20 million fundraising initiative. During her three and a half years at UTD, she also pioneered a new program to enhance opportunities for women in tech in collaboration with C-Suite leadership from American Airlines. Prior to UTD, she worked at Texas Tech University as Program Coordinator, managing its young professional program, assisting in top level communication, and supervising the implementation of new CRM technology. She received her Master of Public Administration from Texas Tech University and is a graduate of Leadership North Texas University (2018) and Leadership and Reputation Academy (2019). A lifetime lover of horses, Bibelhausen volunteered at MainGait Therapeutic Horsemanship since 2016.

Founded in 1981, Equest provides equine assisted learning, therapies and counseling to children and adults with physical, cognitive, sensory, coping and learning disabilities and veterans with adjustment challenges.
