Cyclists of all levels can enjoy 7-, 30-, 50-, and 100-mile rides while supporting Riverside Unified students
RIVERSIDE, Calif. - EntSun -- RIVERSIDE, Calif. — Cyclists, families, and community supporters are invited to participate in the Riverside Citrus Classic 2026 on Saturday, October 10, at Riverside Plaza in Riverside, California. The annual community cycling event features four routes designed for riders of different experience levels, from families and beginning cyclists to experienced riders taking on a 100-mile century challenge.
The Riverside Citrus Classic brings together cycling, family activities, and community involvement while supporting the Riverside Educational Enrichment Foundation (REEF) and educational opportunities benefiting more than 43,000 students in the Riverside Unified School District.
Online registration for the Riverside Citrus Classic remains open through October 8, 2026.
Four Cycling Routes for All Experience Levels
Participants can choose from four distances:
7-Mile Family Fun Ride — 9:30 a.m.
A relaxed route designed for families, beginning cyclists, and recreational riders.
30-Mile Ride — 9:00 a.m.
A longer Riverside cycling experience for riders ready to increase their distance.
50-Mile Half-Century — 8:00 a.m.

A challenging option for experienced cyclists seeking a half-century ride.
100-Mile Century Ride — 6:30 a.m.
The event's premier endurance challenge features approximately 5,165 feet of climbing and on-course SAG support.
Riders will have access to Ride with GPS premium navigation features, stocked rest stops based on ride distance, clothing-drop locations at rest stops, rider support, and a pro-style mass start.
A Riverside Community Event Beyond Cycling
The Riverside Citrus Classic offers activities beyond the cycling routes. Riders, families, and community members can enjoy a vendor expo and entertainment, including music, food, shopping opportunities, bike valet services, and a California Highway Patrol kids' bicycle safety rodeo.
The event provides an opportunity for Southern California residents to spend the day enjoying cycling, recreation, and family-friendly activities while supporting local education.
Riding to Support Riverside Students
Proceeds from the Riverside Citrus Classic benefit the Riverside Educational Enrichment Foundation, a California 501(c)(3) nonprofit public benefit corporation established in 1993.
REEF partners with individuals, businesses, and community organizations to support educational programs and opportunities for more than 43,000 students throughout the Riverside Unified School District.
