Pingora Loan Servicing Data Breach: Murphy Law Firm Investigates Legal Claims

YUKON, Okla. - EntSun -- Murphy Law Firm is investigating claims on behalf of all individuals whose personal and confidential information was potentially compromised in the data breach at Pingora Loan Servicing, LLC ("Pingora"). In December 2021, Pingora discovered that cybercriminals had infiltrated Pingora's network and gained unauthorized access to its file servers. Following a forensic investigation, Pingora determined that from October 27, 2021 to December 7, 2021, cybercriminals successfully accessed confidential files containing the personal information of Pingora's customers.
