Peachtree Immediate Care Opens its 30th Center in Griffin, GA

ATLANTA - EntSun -- CRH Healthcare (CRH), the leading urgent care operator in the greater metropolitan Atlanta area and the urgent care partner of the Emory Healthcare Network, has recently opened its thirtieth Peachtree Immediate Care TM location in Griffin, GA, a Southern Atlanta suburb. The new clinic is conveniently located on the corner of Spalding Dr. and Taylor St. across the street from The Home Depot . Wednesday, October 9th was the Grand Opening attended by many in the community, including local businesses, the City of Griffin, the Chamber of Commerce and even General Lewis Griffin, the ceremonial founder of the town.

The new clinic, open from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, 7 days a week, is well-equipped with seven exam rooms and staffed by board certified physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants. In addition to the very capable staff, the center contains CRH's interconnected electronic medical record system, online check-in, an on-site lab, and digital x-ray capabilities.

"We are excited to begin serving Griffin and the surrounding community," said Bill Miller, the CEO and co- founder of CRH Healthcare, the parent company of Peachtree Immediate Care. Urgent care services will include treatment for ailments that require attention but are not life-threatening; examples include flu-like symptoms, strep throat, minor burns, pink eye, ear/skin infections, diagnostic x-rays, diagnostic lab testing, minor broken bones and more.

In addition to Urgent Care services, the clinic also offers occupational health services that include physicals (e.g., pre-employment, annual, & DOT), worker's compensation injury treatment, and drug testing, including eScreens.
