TORONTO & NEW YORK & OSAKA, Japan - EntSun -- In a recently published article, Dr. Stoyan Sarg Sargoytchev suggests a new opportunity for analysis of the proteins of the COVID-19 by using the BSM-SG models of the atoms. The goal is a deeper understanding of the stability of the proteins of the COVID-19 involved in channel activity with the purpose of modification.  The BSM-SG models are different from the quantum mechanical models while possessing a few advantages. Amongst them are the possibility to operate with real physical dimensions in the sub-nanometric scale, the visualization of directions of the chemical bonds in molecules, the magnetic field interactions between the orbiting electrons, and directions of the nuclear magnetic moments. These features provide a new opportunity for analysis and modeling of simple and complex molecules. When applied for proteins with known structures, they will permit an understanding of underlined physics behind their complex three-dimensional shapes and stability. This could permit modification of their shape and properties by using proper chemical compounds as drugs. The advantage of the BSM-SG models in the analysis of biomolecules is published in a peer-reviewed journal of Biometrics and Biostatistics in 2017, v. 8, issue 2 and reported by the author at the 15th World Medical Nanotechnology Congress in Osaka Japan, 2017.
