As couples reconsider traditional bridal jewelry, moissanite wedding rings, statement bands and more personal designs are reshaping what a wedding ring can look like.
ANAHEIM, Calif. - EntSun -- The traditional diamond wedding ring is not disappearing, but couples are increasingly exploring a wider range of engagement rings, wedding rings and bridal styles that reflect their personal preferences.
An analysis by Sairahaz Jewelers of 24 months of estimated ring-related search data found sustained interest in the category. From January through June 2026, the analyzed keywords generated approximately 8.37 million estimated searches, compared with 8.14 million during the same period in 2025, an increase of approximately 2.7 percent.
Estimated search volume reached approximately 1.37 million in June 2026, about 5.3 percent higher than June 2025. December 2024 recorded the highest monthly total in the dataset, reaching approximately 1.85 million estimated searches.
The findings do not suggest that diamond rings are disappearing. Instead, shoppers now have more visible choices, including moissanite designs, statement bands, bridal sets, matching rings and distinctive engagement styles.
