New book reveals ancient astrological origins of Great Flood story

Using never-before-published research, Scholar correlates the emergence of Mesopotamian flood tales with Mesopotamian astrologers' development of constellations and their precessional movements. For example, imagery from the various versions of the Great Flood story, such as the ark, raven, dove, and rainbow, were also references to ancient constellations in Mesopotamian astrology.
