"I never wanted The Secret Spa to feel like a beauty assembly line," said Poe. "Every client is different. Whether I'm evaluating the health of someone's nails, designing lashes around their facial features or customizing a facial around their skin, I want the service to be created specifically for the person sitting in front of me."

One of The Secret Spa NOVA's defining specialties is its detailed approach to manicures, dry pedicures and nail health. Rather than focusing exclusively on polish and aesthetics, Poe places an emphasis on the condition and appearance of the natural nail. The spa offers Russian-style manicures, dry pedicures, Gel-X, SNS, gel and traditional polish, along with nail-health-focused services for clients concerned about damaged or problematic nails.
