LOS ANGELES - EntSun -- FOR IMMEDIATE DISTRIBUTION: Madelaine Petsch Featured in Elle Magazine April Issue
iPOP Alumni Madelaine Petsch is featured as one of the cover stories for this month's issue of Elle magazine. In the interview, Madelaine gives an update on her life and lifestyle as a star on the hit series Riverdale. Being eco-consciousness, she aimed to shed light on how her positive upbringing helped to mold her strong present. "I was lucky to grow up with two incredibly environmentally-aware parents, who ingrained these thoughts in me," says Petsch, who grew up in Washington State, eating out of her family's garden.
Cady Drell, who conducted the interview was also keen to point out the vast difference between Madelaine and her rebellious character Cheryl Blossom. Labeled as Riverdale's resident "Bad Girl", Madelaine is far from her beehive dropping TV character. Focused on her vegan lifestyle, she has also aimed to maintain a balance of those views with her fans. A member of the Environmental Media Association, a non-profit that works with the entertainment industry to encourage eco-friendly practices.
