Written by critically acclaimed playwright Ryan Paul James (The Comeback Kids, "The World's Worst Play Ever", and "Desperately Seeking Love") and Denny Siegel (House M.D.) and directed by Joe Dalo, Lost in Radioland is a comedy set in 1940's Hollywood. The biggest stars of the day have come together to perform the suspenseful, nationally syndicated radio show "Night Stories." Meanwhile Los Angeles is on edge with the breaking news that an escaped killer is on the loose. When on-set drama meets real life danger, who will survive?
This year's cast stars Keith Coogan, grandson of legendary Jackie Coogan, Claudia Wells (Back to the Future, Starship: Rising) and Melissa Disney, granddaughter of Toy Gallagher and cousin of Walt Disney. A guest celebrity will make an appearance at each performance. Keith Coogan (Don't Tell Mom the Babysitter's Dead) charms the dames as Jerry Berrymore, a lady's man in the vein of Jack Nicholson while Claudia Wells features her vocal talents as Shirley Adams, a perky spokesmodel. Melissa Disney (As Told By Ginger) reprises her role as Irene Savatory, a saucy, seasoned Hollywood icon a la Katherine Hepburn with a twist of Mae West. As a vocal bonus, Paul Pape (Frozen, Saving Mr. Banks) plays announcer, "Paulie P." – the "Voice of Hollywood."

The radio drama is peppered with advertisements including catchy radio jingles performed by a melodious trio, "The Charmin Sisters" – a spin-off of the famous Andrews Sisters of "Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy" fame. Lost in Radioland first opened September 4, 2009 at Theatre 68, and later in July 2010 at the Theatre Palisades.
The Golden Age of Hollywood Event starts with the play "Original Win" followed by "Lost in Radioland." For a ticket price of only $10, it's a 20th century 2-for-1 deal. The running time is 120 minutes and will include an intermission. The theater has concessions.
