Analog Game Studios opens VIP Club for early supporters as reviewer consensus builds ahead of North American premiere
TORONTO - EntSun -- Analog Game Studios today announced that advance reviewer copies of Fruit Island, a new board game designed by legendary game designer Dr. Reiner Knizia, have generated overwhelmingly positive responses ahead of the game's Kickstarter campaign launch on June 9, 2026.
The Toronto-based publisher, known for its flagship strategy game Centrix, has been distributing advance copies of Knizia's Fruit Island to reviewers across North America and the United Kingdom. The response has been consistently enthusiastic across audiences.
"The good Doctor does not do you wrong in this. It's freaking fun. I can't recommend this one enough," said Chris of Liege of Games. Brent of Cloudy with a Chance of Meeples called it "a really enjoyable game with that classic Reiner Knizia feel," while Daniel of Board Game Addict UK noted, "We had a blast. I still haven't played a Reiner Knizia game I haven't liked."
