"LWVPBC is proud to join with the Palm Beach County League of Cities and Guardians of the Glades to co-host these wide-ranging nonpartisan discussions about the potential impacts on both individuals and communities if voters approve Amendment 3. There could be outcomes far beyond what many may expect," said Janet Elinoff, president of the League of Women Voters of Palm Beach County.
"This new partnership reflects our shared commitment to civic education, informed participation, and community dialogue. We encourage everyone to participate in the upcoming events," said JohnPaul O'Connor, president of the Palm Beach County League of Cities. "Our goal is to share reliable information about its potential impacts and give residents and local leaders opportunities to ask questions, hear different perspectives, and engage in constructive dialogue."
"As always, Guardian of the Glades stands to protect the interests of Belle Glade, South Bay, and Pahokee residents," said the nonprofit organization's co-founder Tammy Jackson-Moore.
