Inspired by Kami Redd's book Dear Black Woman: Letters of Love, Strength, & Empowerment, the podcast expands on the themes of healing, growth, and personal power. The show delves into topics that Black women across the globe face, from navigating cultural expectations to embracing mental health, managing emotional wellness, and fostering both personal and professional success.
"This podcast is a natural extension of the book," says Kami Redd. "We explore the unique experiences of Black women globally, but we also uncover the common threads that unite us in strength and sisterhood.
