She is a staunch advocate for Women in the music industry and has forged relationships to bring Women on board to her mission. She is a mentor for emerging artists as well. Both JM&A and Gina have begun working with The Carol Baldwin Breast Cancer Research Fund in their ongoing effort to support Women's causes.
