IT Wes Launches Custom Gaming PC Builds in Tucson With an Option to Learn the Build
EntSun News/11100510
Three levels of involvement, from a hands-off delivery to a guided session where the customer does the assembly.
TUCSON, Ariz. - EntSun -- TUCSON, Arizona. IT Wes LLC has added custom gaming PC builds to its Tucson services, with an unusual option attached: customers can do the building themselves while the technician walks them through it.
The service offers three levels of involvement. In the first, the customer follows each step, asks questions, and learns what the components actually do. In the second, they take on the parts they want while Wesley Schaeppi guides assembly, cooling, and cabling. In the third, they stay hands-off and the machine arrives finished, with off-site builds available by arrangement.
"I built my first PC at 13 with an Intel Core 2 Duo E6600 I bought from Newegg for 384 dollars," said Schaeppi, founder of IT Wes LLC. "Nobody walked me through it. I would have paid real money for someone to sit there and tell me I was not about to break anything. That is the option I wanted to offer, because plenty of people want the machine and the understanding, not just the machine."
Builds range from straightforward airflow configurations to custom water-cooled loops using EKWB components. Schaeppi also handles part selection, which is where most first-time builders lose money on components that do not work well together or do not fit the case.

The stated priorities are dependable cooling, cable routing that can be serviced later, and a finish that looks intentional rather than assembled. Every build is planned around what the customer actually plays.
"A prebuilt from a big retailer is a sealed box, and when something fails in eighteen months you are mailing it across the country," Schaeppi said. "A machine built here can be opened on a table in Tucson by the person who put it together. That is the part people underestimate."
Details and recent builds are at https://itwes.com/custom-gaming-pc-builds-tucson/
Schaeppi has spent more than ten years in the technology field. He began as a computer repair technician, went on to manage Smart Parts PC, and owns IT Wes LLC while also serving as Director of Operations at Fortress MSP. His background is at https://itwes.com/about-wesley-schaeppi/
IT Wes LLC provides computer and IT support for homes, remote workers, and small businesses across Tucson, Oro Valley, Marana, and Catalina Foothills, with remote support available throughout the United States.
