A passionate voting rights advocate who served three terms on the Board of the League of Women Voters of the United States, most recently as the LWVUS Vice-President from 2020-22, Ms. Lowe-Minor was formerly Executive Director of the Institute for Nonprofit Innovation and Excellence in Tallahassee. She had earlier served as the Executive Director of the League of Women Voters of Florida.
