Cancer Services of Eastern North Carolina provides breast cancer social support groups the last Tuesday of every month at 5:30 pm in Greenville, NC.
GREENVILLE, N.C. - EntSun -- Cancer Services of Eastern North Carolina hosts a breast cancer social support group on the last Tuesday of every month at 1410 Evans St Suite 12, Greenville, NC 27858 at 5:30 pm. It is a Potluck! Bring a simple dish to share around the room to help support one another.
Cancer Services of Eastern North Carolina was established as a nonprofit organization with the goal of helping those affected by Cancer in the Eastern North Carolina area. The leader of the organization, Lynn Pischke, is the director of the program and plans on growing the business's presence in the area to gain the support of larger local healthcare and pharmaceutical companies for donations and sponsorships.

As a message from the director Lynn Pischke shares how "Cancer Services of Eastern NC launched services in July 2018. There are no other nonprofits that do what we do. Each case is unique and we develop a solution for whatever the greatest need of the patient is. We frequently partner with other local nonprofits. The breast cancer group has been able to meet at the office and remain socially distanced."
In the most recent gathering for the support group, Pischke stated "in October for breast cancer awareness month, we gathered and had a potluck and painted rocks that we left around town to raise awareness."
