VERO BEACH, Fla. - EntSun -- Eta Rho Sigma Sorority, Inc. announced their official incorporation on February 23, 2023. Founded in 2020 as an international service organization, Eta Rho Sigma Sorority, Inc. (ΗΡΣ) is a non-collegiate business sorority of women founders and professionals that was established by two African-American college-education women and business owners.
Eta Rho Sigma Sorority, Inc. aims to support and empower BIPOC women in business by providing resources for personal and professional growth, networking, and community engagement. The organization values inclusivity, equity, and social justice. "We strive to promote these values in all aspects of our work," said Founder & National President, Trenice J. Brinkley.
As an international service organization, Eta Rho Sigma Sorority, Inc. is committed to giving back to BIPOC communities through volunteerism and philanthropy. Their programs and initiatives are designed to support the advancement of women entrepreneurs and to create a more diverse and inclusive workforce. "Our purpose is to motivate, encourage, and support our members as they pursue their businesses, education, and professional career goals. We believe that through education and mentorship, we can empower BIPOC women to reach their full potential and become leaders in their fields," said National Vice President, Lynnecia S. Eley.
