CSW, Inc. Announces New Executive Leadership

BOSTON - EntSun -- CSW, Inc. (www.cswgraphics.com), a global packaging premedia provider with HQ in Massachusetts, continues to grow and transform with the announcement of the addition of two new key executives and the promotion of one of CSW's seasoned industry experts. Todd Patat joins CSW as VP of Sales and will be overseeing the Corporate Sales and Customer Service Departments, while Scott Duddy, in the role of VP of Operations, will help the company build for growth highlighted by expansion into Canada as well as manage multi-million dollar investments in capital expenditures at the existing manufacturing facilities in OH, NY, and MA. Marek Skrzynski has been promoted to the role of Senior Director of Product Innovation and will be spearheading CSW's effort to change the way they interact with their clients and develop innovative digital and prepress solutions to better meet the evolving needs of the industry today and into the future.

Todd Patat comes to CSW with a B.S. in Graphic Communications from Clemson University and 29 years of industry experience in various sales and sales management positions, most recently as Business Development Manager at Cyber Graphics and as Director of National Accounts at Container Graphics before that.

A native of South Carolina, Todd spent the majority of his career in the packaging industry, including two decades of developing sales strategies, launching new products, opening new divisions, and winning contracts with several large and mid-level CPC's. He will focus his effort on pursuing new growth opportunities, including the international market, and help CSW's clients to efficiently manage their packaging development cycle and maximize their procurement budget.

Scott Duddy brings to CSW over 15 years of international business experience in finance, operations, sales, and business development. Scott holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Pittsburgh in Business with an Accounting Focus and a Masters in Business Management from Seton Hill University.  His most recent position was with Matthews International as Managing Director – Americas.

I'm thrilled to be able to bring my industry knowledge, diversified operational experience, and communication skills to help CSW achieve goals for growth, profitability, and long-term strategy," said Scott.
Scott will be heading several manufacturing expansions and operational improvements, enhancing logistical capabilities and helping to restructure corporate IT infrastructure. Having driven growth strategies internationally, Scott will also help the executive team to expand CSW's geographic footprint and increase collaboration among the Global Premedia Network's partners.

Marek Skrzynski has over 30 years of experience in prepress, 22 years of that working with CSW, where he has held the positions of Director of Graphics and R&D, Division Director of Bridge Premedia (the package visualization arm of CSW), Technical Director, and Coordinator of the Global Premedia Network. Marek has an outstanding reputation as a technical guru in the industry and has presented internationally for various associations and educational institutions throughout his career. His promotion to Senior Director of Innovation is indicative of CSW's drive to change the way premedia companies address clients' needs and to bring new technologies and efficiencies to CSW and its customers as they adapt to stay ahead of the changing business world.
