Today, I am pleased to announce that the Mayor's Office of Housing has successfully preserved 43 affordable homes in Roslindale through the City's Acquisition Opportunity Program and the Boston Acquisition Fund.

Thanks to the efforts of Arx Urban and financing from the Massachusetts Housing Investment Corporation (MHIC), Parkside on Adams will now be converted into permanently affordable housing. This acquisition not only ensures long-term affordability for existing residents but also protects them from displacement.
