Boston: Apply for a Tree Planting Grant

The City of Boston, in partnership with Mass Audubon, is now accepting applications for the 2027 cycle of the Boston Tree Alliance Tree Planting and Care Grant Program. This program provides funding support for nonprofit and community-based organizations to pursue tree planting, maintenance, and educational activities on privately-owned land across Boston's under-canopied neighborhoods. This is the fourth cycle of the grant program and a total of $688,000 in program funding is available. The deadline to apply is November 6, 2026.
