Beyond the Numbers: Anna D. Banks Brings AI and Career Readiness to GSETA 2026

BLOOMFIELD, N.J. - EntSun -- Workforce development leader, executive coach, and Certified AI Consultant Anna D. Banks, founder of Thrive Leadership Institute, Inc., will present two interactive workshops at the 2026 Garden State Employment and Training Association (GSETA) Conference, October 21–22, in Atlantic City.

October 21: From Potential to Pathway

On Wednesday, October 21, from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m., Banks will present From Potential to Pathway: Preparing Youth to Become Career-Ready, AI-Ready, and Future-Ready.

Designed for workforce professionals who serve young people, the session explores how to identify skills gained through everyday experience, connect those strengths to verified career requirements, address barriers, and use AI-generated career materials responsibly. Participants will practice moving from a skills inventory to a supported next step.

October 22: From Compliance to Commitment

On Thursday, October 22, from 10:15 to 11:15 a.m., Banks will lead From Compliance to Commitment: Turning WIOA Metrics into Real Workforce Outcomes in the Age of AI.

The workshop examines what performance numbers can—and cannot—reveal about a participant's experience. Attendees will identify breakdowns in the service journey and apply Banks's THRIVE Framework™: Trace, Highlight, Reimagine, Implement, Verify, and Expand.

"Compliance is essential, but it cannot be the finish line," Banks said. "We have to ask whether our services are helping people build a future, not just complete a process."

Both presentations draw on principles from Banks's book, The Wealth You Carry™, including the importance of recognizing and activating the knowledge, experience, and strengths people already possess. Her approach pairs human-centered support with responsible AI use and practical continuous improvement.
