Award-winning actor, producer and writer Said Faraj guests on Deeper Than Music on iHeart Radio

LOS ANGELES - EntSun -- Host Markivus Nious is the host of "Deeper Than Music Radio." The show's platform is a talk radio program offering insight into the story behind artists and personalities and what inspires them as artists. Guests featured include international recording artists, songwriters, and producers.

Said Faraj is an award-winning actor/producer from Lebanon.  After watching an adaption of the play Les Miserables Said knew that he wanted to become an actor.  Said left his home country of Lebanon during the Lebanese Civil War at a young age to come to America in 1983.  In America, Said worked several jobs in the fast-food industry for support as he continued to pursue his acting career by attending acting classes.

Said's impressive acting credits include "The Green Zone" alongside Matt Damon, which brought Said Global attention and garnered him a submission for the 42nd Image Award for Best Supporting Actor. Other acting credits under Said's belt are Ghost, Bad Influence, True Romance and The Siege among many others. Said has also starred in recurring roles on top-rated shows such as 24 and The Shield.

As of recently Said had lead roles in 2 feature films "I Am Fear" and "Warfighter.

Said is also an award-winning director, producer, and writer. In 2012 under his production company, Cedar Films LLC Said produced the short film "The American Failure", which premiered at the 2013 Cannes Film Festival and won several awards.
