"Connecting the World Through Films" September 15th- 24th, Ten Days of international, national and Bay Area films screened at the historic Grand Lake and Fox Theaters and cultural & historic points in between. The Oakland International Film Festival highlights the City of Oakland as a destination for the arts promoting independent filmmakers and their empowering stories.
