American Legacy Network Streaming Four Powerful Documentary Films Throughout April

MOUNT VERNON, N.Y. - April 11, 2019 - EntSun -- American Legacy Network announced today that four powerful documentary films Flying For Freedom: Untold Stories of The Tuskegee Airmen, Rising From The Rails: The Story of The Pullman Porter, The Real Great Debaters and In The Shadow of Hollywood: Race Movies and The Birth of Black Cinema are streaming on the network throughout the month of April.

The Real Great Debaters unveils the true story of Wiley College's 1935 debate team and In The Shadow of Hollywood explores and captures the sounds and images of a nearly forgotten time in the film industry.

Subscribers to American Legacy Network can stream these documentary films on demand throughout the month of April.  American Legacy Network is also currently  streaming a documentary on former slave, sea captain and U.S. Congressman Robert Smalls produced by Doubleback Productions and The Doll, based on a short story by Charles W. Chesnutt and news-oriented programs and original programs like Conversations with Greatness hosted by JP Reynolds and Say it Loud, a program geared to millennials. In the future, the network has plans to showcase historical scripted dramas.
