Amazon is Expanding its Infrastructure to Ensure 1-2 Day Delivery

PEARL RIVER, N.Y. - EntSun -- ALGO Online Retail is a lead provider of support, training, and tools for e-commerce retailers who sell brand name products on Amazon. Their lead instructor, Tim Hellbusch, released a YouTube Video about a couple of news articles describing Amazon's new additions to its infrastructure. Tim Hellbusch has over 20 years of e-commerce experience and has over 5 years of Amazon selling experience.

Amazon just added nine new planes to increase their fleet size to a total of 70 planes. Amazon also plans to put over 1,000 new FBA warehouse in cities and suburban areas. The purpose of the expansion is to ensure 1-2 day delivery. During COVID, Amazon struggled to maintain their Prime promise as demand and order piled up. They hired 175,000 new employees to try and keep up with the demand, but the pandemic proved to be too much to handle on short notice. The infrastructure expansion is beneficial to all Prime customer and third-party FBA sellers.
