All the Way Up podcast uses storytelling and meditation to uplift the African American community

OAKLAND, Calif. - EntSun -- All the Way Up, (http://www.ItsAlltheWayUp.com), is a podcast about mindfulness storytelling and meditation and is geared toward African Americans. Episodes are released on a weekly basis and topics cover health, wealth, love and creativity.  The episodes are purposely kept short (under 15 minutes) so they can be listened to while commuting during the day, just before bedtime or anytime you need to recharge.

The most recent episode features a guest telling a story of how she managed her rheumatoid arthritis through research and meditation.

The host, Kim Bronson, says the idea for the podcast was born out of her desire to see more African Americans enjoy the benefits of mindfulness.  "So many of the popular books and resources around meditation seem unrelateable to many people of color, so I wanted to create a podcast that was more accessible and relevant to our culture."
