Actress Irma Cadiz heating up this Winter with recurring roles in "Raising Kanan" and "Law & Order"

NEW YORK - EntSun -- Irma Cadiz will be playing Roc's hair stylist (Valentina) in the hit series season 3 Power Book III:"Raising Kanan" on Starz network by executive producer Curtis "50 Cent" Jackson. Power Book III: "Raising Kanan" stars Patina Miller, London Brown, and Malcolm M. Mays. Irma is a 20 plus year hairstylist which is ironic she will be playing the role as a Dominican salon owner. Irma will be in 3 episodes as (Valentina).
You can catch Irma in Law & Order January 18, 2024 in the new season in a continued role from the previous season. Irma was a contestant on PBS' "The Great American Recipe" season one. The cooking competition, was right up her alley as she enjoys spending her time baking and learning to cook ancestral food from her culture.
Irma Cádiz is a Meisner trained New York City based actress, who studied under the late Yvonne Suhor. Irma is an active member of the Chelsea Repertoire Theater under James Price where she continues to develop her craft & has also studied under notable coaches Ronnie Marmo and John Pallotta. Irma plays a series regular in "The New York Effect" web series which was one of HBO's NYLFF's official selections for new media. "The New York Effect" also won festival favorite at the Cinema Diverse Palm Springs LGBTQ+ film festival. Past theater credits include the off off broadway production of Sometime Child at The Theater for The New City & most recently in Dead Man Walking for The Met Opera at Lincoln Center. Irma enjoys learning how to dance and exploring Bomba y Plena along with taking Salsa & Bachata classes.
