Zalemark Terminates Carlyle Entertainment Ltd. Purchase Agreement

LOS ANGELES - Dec. 6, 2018 - EntSun -- Zalemark Holding Company, Inc. has given  termination notice to, Carlyle Entertainment Ltd. for, "Breach of Contract".  On November 26th, 2018 Carlyle Entertainment Ltd. and Zalemark Holding Company, Inc.  (ZMRK) entered into an, "Purchase Agreement" and shortly thereafter was signed by both companies authorized officers. As part of the agreement, Carlyle had agreed to pay certain fees for the structuring of the agreement and other miscellaneous debts to bring ZMRK current on filings and other necessities.   Carlyle's CEO, Sandy Masselli Jr. made warranties that the funds were wired and everything was moving forward.  Mr. Masselli's marketing contact, James Matzdorff who originally introduce the two companies, reaffirmed the monies would be received by Monday December 3rd, 2018. The days following these statements by Masselli and Matzdorff, no monies was ever wired or received and there has been zero communications from Sandy Masselli Jr. and James Matzdorff since.  Mr. Ron Chavez, Zalemarks Chairman then issued letter to Carlyle with a timeline to cure until December 6th, 2018 5:00PM (Pacific Standard Time)  ZMRK is exploring to see if there were intentional fraud being perpetuated.
