Women Veterans in Business debuts on Women Lead Radio Network
SACRAMENTO, Calif. - EntSun -- Women veteran business owners will be featured in a new international podcast called Women Veterans in Business beginning July 25, 2022, on Women Lead Radio. The show's host is Melissa A. Washington, Founder and CEO of Women Veterans Alliance, a networking and event company, providing resources to equip, empower, and encourage women who have served in the U.S. military.
"Listeners will get an opportunity to hear from women veteran entrepreneurs, learn their story and find out how they launched and grew their businesses," said Washington, who is a Navy Veteran.
On the July 25th premiere episode of Women Veterans in Business, Washington will interview Marine Corps Veteran Jennifer Vollbrecht. Vollbrecht is President of J Vollbrecht Consulting where she manages teams and projects for the Department of Energy, Department of Defense, and prime contractors.

"We'll also be announcing the three finalists for the Melissa Washington Small Business Award (MWSBA)," said Washington. "The MWSBA was named after me by the nonprofit Women Veterans Giving small business award committee, and I'm humbled by that honor."
The MWSBA recipient will be announced at The Business Beyond the Battlefield Conference in Arlington, Texas, on October 6, 2022.
