Visit Intel LLC announces VanillaSoft CRM integration that improves sales and marketing intelligence for VanillaSoft CRM users

JACKSON, N.J. - May 17, 2018 - EntSun -- "We were contacted by a customer who uses both VanillaSoft CRM and Visit Intel heavily" said Joe Singer a Principal at Visit Intel LLC.

"We learned that although VanillaSoft has the ability to notify a user when a sent email from VanillaSoft was opened by a recipient…. VanillaSoft does NOT report back to the sender if any URL links within that email were clicked".

To satisfy that requirement, Visit Intel LLC developed a solution leveraging both the VanillaSoft API and the Visit Intel Short URL logic.

This solution is available to all VanillaSoft customers. Emails that are sent from VanillaSoft containing URLs can be tracked by the sender when clicked by the recipient.

Visit Intel takes it further by emailing a Visit Intel report to the sender that details the VanillaSoft email recipient's activity, listing their company name and contact information, so the sender can take any necessary follow-up action. "Now just imagine adding that information to the intelligence gathered by Visit Intel when our code is placed on websites or landing pages associated with your sales/marketing efforts – all delivered automatically to the person responsible for a lead to follow up on."…Joe explained.
