EntSun News/11101906
~ Colorado Springs, CO - On September 3, 2026, the Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD) received a report of a bank robbery in the 1100 block of North Circle Drive at approximately 12:04 p.m. Shortly after, two more bank robberies were reported in the area - one in the 500 block of North Circle Drive and another in the 400 block of North Tejon Street.
The CSPD Robbery Unit quickly responded to all three locations and was joined by additional investigative units within the Metro Division and the FBI. Utilizing video surveillance from the banks, Axon Lightpost cameras, ALPR images, and witness accounts, investigators were able to identify a suspect and their vehicle. The suspect was later identified as 27-year-old Terrell Jennings.
Despite efforts to locate Jennings, he remained at large. However, investigators had gathered enough evidence to establish probable cause for his arrest on charges including second-degree kidnapping, aggravated robbery, and menacing.
