State of Kentucky Confirms Legal Dissolution of Harris Alumni LLC; All Continuity Claims Are False

Despite this, David M. Biery has continued to present himself publicly as a president or representative of a purported successor organization using the dissolved association's identity. No legal transfer of authority, continuity resolution, or successor authorization exists.
