SILVER SPRING, Md. - EntSun -- Friends in Solidarity will host SheRising: Voices of South Sudan on March 4, a free online webinar highlighting women's leadership, faith, and community life in South Sudan.
The webinar is open to supporters, faith communities, educators, and all who wish to learn more about how women are shaping peace and daily life through service and accompaniment. The event will feature Mary Mindraa Jino Gama, a Catholic pastoral leader and youth organizer serving within the Archdiocese of Juba. Mary supports youth across 21 parishes through leadership formation, spiritual reflection, peacebuilding dialogue, and trauma healing initiatives. Her work reflects the vital role Catholic women play in strengthening communities across South Sudan.
