PHOENIX - EntSun -- Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce that Phoenix associate Ed Hermes (https://www.swlaw.com/people/edward_hermes) has been elected to the Osborn School District (http://www.osbornnet.org/) Governing Board.
Osborn School District serves schools in the downtown and midtown Phoenix area and has a long history with its first school's doors opening in 1887. The district has five elected members who play a critical role in the formulation and approval of policies that guide the operation of the district. Each member of the Governing Board is elected to serve a four-year term. Its vision is to become a community of learners focused on quality in teaching, learning and leading within a safe environment characterized by encouragement, cooperation, challenge and respect for diversity. Hermes has been involved in the Osborn School District for many years, having previously served as the Treasurer and Chair of the District bond and override campaigns in 2017 and 2018.

Hermes is a commercial litigator whose practice is focused on complex commercial, tax, property, and construction disputes.
