Shores Event Center New Ownership to Focus on Event Hospitality

CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa - EntSun -- Nestled in the College District neighborhood, Shores Event Center is one of Cedar Rapids' most unique venues for private events.  Housed in the 100-year-old Shores-Mueller building, Shores Event Center boasts a restored industrial chic vibe replete with exposed brick and other period details. And it's with great excitement that Shores is announcing new ownership, along with a new top-tier hospitality business model.

Under the trusted leadership of new owners Jacob Wittrock and Scott Greenman, Shores aims to be your place to celebrate. A place to cherish.  An elevated cultured experience that is unique to our guests in your neighborhood. A full-service event space encompassing art, food, wine, and spirits. From weddings to intimate business meetings, the host's and guests' experience at Shores is the #1 priority, which is why our team offers professional event coordination and space planning.
