This transformative album takes listeners on a journey through the haunting and soulful sounds of the Armenian duduk, paired with contemporary and world fusion elements.

Butterfly showcases Sar's evolution from a traditional duduk player to a composer, blending ancient Armenian folk music with modern genres such as jazz fusion, ethnic funk, and classical influences. "The duduk has such an emotional depth, and with this album, I've tried to show its full spectrum of colors," says Sar. "I want to take it out of its traditional space and present it in a way that resonates with modern listeners."

Sar's debut is accompanied by the release of two music videos, Little Paradise and Funky Sar, which bring the music to life through vibrant live performances. Additional music videos, Mountain Dance and Swan's Dream, will be released in November and December.
