Santa Fe Middle School Hosts Successful Backpack Giveaway for Colony Ridge Community

CLEVELAND, Texas - EntSun -- Santa Fe Middle School opened its doors on July 25, 2024 for a special backpack giveaway, distributing over 1,100 backpacks packed with essential school supplies to students in the Colony Ridge community. The event was aimed at ensuring that every student enters the new school year with the tools they need to succeed. This incredible giveaway was made possible by the generous contributions of local organizations. We extend our sincere gratitude to Love Is The Assignment Incorporated, Smith Towing, Southside Elementary PTO, the Liberty County District Attorney's Office, First Liberty Bank, and the Liberty County Long-Term Recovery Committee. Their involvement was crucial in bringing this event to fruition. Despite the challenges of rainy weather, the Colony Ridge community turned out in full force, with students and families eagerly participating in the event. The day was filled with happiness, community spirit, and a strong sense of support, reflecting the resilience and unity within the Colony Ridge area. We are deeply thankful for everyone's contributions to the success of this event.
