Prior to founding PAL, Tejas held leadership positions at Fluence Energy, Arlo, and NETGEAR.

Shah also serves on the Board of Directors of Middleby Corporation, where he is a member of the Audit Committee, bringing valuable experience in corporate oversight, governance, and strategic decision-making.
