That commitment was tested early when the North Carolina Army National Guard required rapid-response support at Camp Butner. In June 2024, Pepper Moon secured a position on a competitive statewide multi-award Master BPA with the NC-ARNG, allowing the company to participate for meal service call orders while strengthening internal compliance systems and logistics infrastructure.

On February 10, 2026, Pepper Moon was awarded a new five-year Single-Award BPA as the sole prime contractor. The agreement maintains a $975,000 ceiling and expands service coverage to all North Carolina.
