PB Gardens Historical Society Invites Public to OPEN HOUSE, April 19, 1-3 pm

EntSun News/11088746
BOCA RATON, Fla. - EntSun -- (Palm Beach Gardens, FL – April 6, 2025) The Palm Beach Gardens Historical Society today invited residents and history buffs to a free OPEN HOUSE on Sunday, April 19, from 1 to 3 pm. The organization is located at the Northcorp Corporate Center (the old RCA headquarters) at 3910 RCA Blvd. in Palm Beach Gardens 33410.

Among the fascinating items on public display will be artifacts from the 1960s to now, photographs from the city's earliest days, historical aerials, John D. MacArthur memorabilia, and more.

"We recently added three donated yearbooks from Palm Beach Gardens High School, including one from 1969, the year the school first opened, says Ed Dooley, the Historical Society's vice chair and archivist.

"Although we are a relatively young municipality at 67, it is important to preserve the history and stories of the hundreds of thousands of people that have lived and worked in our unique city. Many people are surprised to hear that Palm Beach Gardens even has a Historical Society," he adds.

The upcoming Open House will be the perfect opportunity for friends and neighbors to come together, swap precious memories, and share personal stories, artifacts, photos, school yearbooks, and fun and familial anecdotes. Refreshments and cookies will be served.
