Northeast Airlines aligns with European Investment Group

CHICAGO - EntSun -- The Volare Air Group has formally secured a partnership with the Italian investment group Caltagirone S.p.A. for a 25 % equity stake in Northeast Airlines and Travel, Inc. The deal was ratified during the course of the Labor Day holiday and will become effective once all corporate and financial governance is complete. The terms of this transaction are not normally disclosed, but broad strokes of the transaction will be highlighted in the coming days ahead through additional releases by mutual parties.
