With increased requests to lead music educational programs across the country, the duo has developed "Page to the Stage," a three-module learning series in hip-hop songwriting, performance and production grounded in the Black music tradition now available at SoulScienceLab. teachable.com. Each module includes video tutorials, worksheets and activities to engage students, available for $249.99. The full three module series, including master classes, worksheets, activities and Black music timeline, is priced at $1,199.99.
Lo and Amin designed the digital learning suite to support 6th to 12th grade arts educators seeking supplemental curriculum and fun workshops to integrate into their virtual classroom. "Page to the Stage" is uniquely fitted to equip young adults with the tools, inspiration and critical thinking to not only create and perform full hip-hop songs, but to understand the methodology and traditional roots behind their creations. The series is also tailored for aspiring hip-hop artists seeking to enhance their skills.

"COVID-19 has forever changed how we approach live performances and in-person learning," Chen Lo reflects. "For innovative Afro-futuristic griots like ourselves, we recognize that these limitations foster creativity and present new opportunities for engagement. Through virtual learning programs like "Page to the Stage," we can support a wider audience of music educators, students and emerging artists seeking tools to sharpen their hip-hop skills."
