LOS ANGELES - EntSun -- F.E.A.R. received a full home entertainment release across the U.S. and Canada today. Devilworks' new distribution arm, New Era Entertainment released the title. When discussing the release, cinematographer Jimmy Matlosz says, "I am thrilled that F.E.A.R. (Forget Everything And Run) is being released to a wide audience. It was truly one of those rewarding experiences in filmmaking, with years of knowledge being poured out behind the scenes into the final product. F.EA.R. had a very small budget, but it's all those years of experience that you can pull from. Moving the camera with motivation was key, I was lucky enough to work with the Arri Maxima remote stabilized head, which we mounted in many different configurations, but more importantly on a simple jib arm, this allowed for compound cameras moves to establish a scene, but also the ability to quickly reset for inserts overs and just about any angle we needed. It's very rare you get this opportunity on a such a limited budget, but because of a few smart decisions by the producer we were given the opportunity to achieve a very high-quality look. I really hope the camera work and lighting enhance to experience for the audiences, enabling them to Forget Everything and just enjoy the movie."
