NeighborClick Local Opens Founding 76 Membership as Jackson County Directory Grows
EntSun News/11106030
JACKSON, Mich. - EntSun -- Gray Land Commerce today announced the Founding 76, the founding membership of NeighborClick Local (local.graylandcommerce.click), its free community business directory and alliance serving Jackson County, Michigan. NeighborClick Local is an initiative by Gray Land Commerce, the Jackson-based local commerce publisher led by Chad Allen.
The directory now lists 134 local businesses — every one with a photograph — spanning 84 restaurants plus home services, health and wellness, retail, professional services, and more. Residents can browse and search by category; local businesses can claim and verify their listings at no cost. The first founding member, JGE Construction & Services of Dansville, claimed its place this month, and founding members are first in line for the alliance's cooperative promotion programs now in development.
"Jackson County's independent businesses deserve a front door of their own," said Allen Byde, Outreach and Engagement Officer for Gray Land Commerce and the NeighborClick Network. "This directory puts the spotlight on the shops, kitchens, and services that make this town run — and it's free for everybody, businesses and neighbors alike."

The Founding 76 is the latest step in a broader local-commerce push that includes The Gray Land Wire, a twice-weekly podcast covering Jackson County business stories; a free video spotlight series featuring twelve Jackson County businesses; a monthly printed community newsstand; and a free private insider list where residents follow local business news, events, and seasonal campaigns.
Businesses interested in claiming a listing, joining the Founding 76, or learning about the free spotlight series can visit local.graylandcommerce.click.
