HOMESTEAD, Fla. - EntSun -- Homestead's single-family market sent mixed signals in the second quarter of 2026. Closed sales rose 21.3% year over year to 131 homes, while the median sale price fell 6.5% to $500,000, according to Florida Realtors data reported by MIAMI REALTORS.

New listings dropped 17.6%, the typical Homestead seller went under contract in 59 days, and sellers received 96.6% of their original list price.
