Mastermind Global Enterprises, KLM Enterprises Services part ways after fewer than three months

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - EntSun -- On Aug. 23, 2019, La'Nardo Myrick of KLM Enterprises Services LLC announced that the consulting branch of their company has began working with Kansas City based entrepreneur, Dayvion Cook to create and market several businesses in 2019 and beyond. The creation of Mastermind Global Enterprises is the brainchild of Dayvion Cook. Several ideas, concepts and businesses will be apart of this consulting agreement.

Today, COO La'Nardo Myrick of KLM Enterprises Services LLC announced the end of the prior agreement. Though few details as to why the the end of the agreement came, Kr. Myrick states that several benchmarks happened during the agreements short term. The benchmarks were creation of Mastermind Global Enterprise tax id, Brand and creation of record label Intellectual Prodigy Records branding, press releases document business activity, website and domain creation, distribution deal with BGE Digital Distribution, release of several music projects, projects by No Limit Forever East and the inclusion of CEO Dayvion Cook aka Dayvion Lamont in those projects and royalties from those projects.

Mr. Myrick states "Mastermind Global Enterprises is a promising group of enterprising individuals lead by Dayvion Cook. We were informed that Mr. Cook wanted more control and saw that his vision could accelerate that faster than KLM Enterprises Services could. We thank Mr. Cook for allowing KLM Enterprises Services for to attend their needs in the short term. We will focus on be a better company in the future." Mr. Myrick doesn't close the door on some future collaboration.

KLM Enterprises Services informed Baby Girl Elite Distribution, Hosting24, BGE Shoes and No Limit Forever East or the termination of the agreement between the companies.

The pending sponsorship with Clique Vodka and Gubba Rum have ended, also. Those were possibilities due to relationship between La'Nardo Myrick aka Producer 9-0 and Clique's VP Frankie Faded and Gubba Rum's CEO Steve Gubb.

The termination of any and all oral or written agreements will commence immediately pending any further announcements.
