Mach One Reports Launches Voice-First Software That Builds Inspection Reports On Site
EntSun News/11102628
New platform builds reports from each inspector's own language, works offline in real field conditions, and keeps inspector data under inspector control
SEATTLE - EntSun -- Mach One Reports is launching Sept. 16 with a direct promise to home inspectors: the report should be built during the inspection, not become a second shift after it.
The voice-first reporting platform lets inspectors speak naturally as they move through a property. It matches those observations to the inspector's own comment library, places the selected language in the correct report section, and keeps the report moving with them from room to room.
The company was created around a problem inspectors know well. The fieldwork ends, but the workday does not. The team behind the product includes inspectors, engineers, and business operators who set out to remove that second shift.
"Inspectors did not ask for more software to manage. They asked to stop doing a second shift at the kitchen table," said Danielle LaFleur, founder of Mach One Reports. "We built it around the way inspectors actually work: walk the property, say what you see, keep your own professional voice, and leave with the report ready. The technology should give inspectors more control over their businesses and more time outside them."

Existing comment libraries can be imported from seven file types without replacing the inspector's wording with newly generated language. Voice and photo capture continue working without a signal in basements, attics, crawlspaces, and other dead zones, then sync when a connection returns. Inspectors can use the platform across phones, tablets, and laptops, and export their comments, reports, and photos at any time.
Comment libraries, reports, photos, and client relationships stay under the inspector's control. Data can be exported at any time, and customer content is never provided to public AI models or used to train systems outside Mach One Reports.
"We believe your work belongs to you," LaFleur said. "The people who trust you with their home trusted you, not us, and we will never sell their names or your work to anyone. Nobody should ever get a stranger's sales pitch because they hired a good inspector. There is a name for that, data selling, and we will not do it. We believe you should finish the report in the driveway and go home to your family. That is what we built, and that is what we will protect."
The platform is available now with a 30-day free trial. Full release, photos, audio, and a demo: https://machonereports.com/press
